About Me:

Hi, I’m Nate Carver—Mortgage Loan Officer with ProLending Mortgage LLC. I help homebuyers and homeowners navigate financing with a steady hand, clear communication, and a strategy that fits their real-life goals. I’m licensed in Texas, Florida, Alabama. I’m also a proud U.S. Army Veteran (Captain) and Bronze Star recipient. Service shaped how I work: show up early, communicate clearly, and take care of people. I grew up in Sherman, Texas and Pensacola, Florida. Growing up I was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene, Texas with a degree in religious studies. Outside the loan world, I host the Between Two Doors podcast. When I'm not working with clients you’ll usually find me around the vegetable garden, on the water with a fishing pole, with my bees, or at a live concert. I am honored and humbled to share that I have been featured in the 23rd Edition of Millennium Magazine, published by Marquis Who’s Who. While it is certainly gratifying to receive recognition, this moment has given me an opportunity to reflect on the journey that brought me here and, more importantly, the people who have made that journey possible.
